At Ekanga, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain safe during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller decor, simply print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
